Orders and Tracking
You will have received and email from support @ Hair Care Canada at the time your shipping label was created. It may also be in spam so also check that folder. Enter your tracking number into the applicable carriers tracking tool:

If you did not receive an email. confirm the email entered for contact is correct.
Most Hair Care Canada orders are fulfilled within 1–4 business days, depending on product availability and order volume. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been prepared for shipment.
Carrier delivery time is additional and generally takes 2–10 business days, depending on the destination. Business days do not include weekends or statutory holidays.
Delivery times depend on your location. Our carriers generally estimate 2–7 business days for delivery within Canada after the order has shipped.
Orders are typically fulfilled within 1–3 business days, although fulfilment may take up to 7 business days depending on product availability and order volume. Fulfilment time is separate from carrier delivery time.
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
A shipping confirmation means that your shipping label has been created. Tracking will begin updating after the parcel has been accepted and scanned by the carrier.
Carrier scans may not appear immediately, particularly during evenings, weekends, holidays or periods of high shipping volume. If your tracking has not updated for an unusual length of time, contact the carrier directly and request an investigation or service ticket.
Once you receive a carrier case or ticket number, email it with your order number to support@haircarecanada.ca.
Order Confirmation and Modification Policy
You will have received an order confirmation email containing all pertinent details about your order. Within that email, there is a link that allows you to cancel or modify your order, provided it has not yet been fulfilled and prepared for shipping.
Please note that once the order has been fulfilled and staged for shipment, it can no longer be canceled or modified.
If you did not receive a confirmation email, please verify that you entered it correctly when you placed your order. Please check your spam folder as well.
Contact Hair Care Canada Support immediately if you notice an incorrect or incomplete address.
We will attempt to correct the address if the order has not yet been fulfilled. Once the parcel has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the carrier will be able to redirect it.
If an order is returned to Hair Care Canada or becomes undeliverable because of an incorrect address supplied during checkout, the customer is responsible for the applicable return and reshipping costs.
You may be able to change your shipping address before your order has been fulfilled and prepared for shipment. Use the modification link in your order confirmation email or contact Hair Care Canada Support immediately.
Once an order has been fulfilled, staged for shipment or collected by the carrier, the shipping address cannot normally be changed.
Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Orders
Damaged delivery: The receiver must provide evidence of damage in the form of pictures emailed to the sender immediately after the order was recieved. Include pictures of the shipping box damage and label, packaging materials, and damage to product. Please provide details of what was damaged specifically. Email all required information and pictures to support@haircarecanada.ca
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery, based on the delivery date shown by the carrier’s tracking information.
Products must be unused, unopened, untampered with and in resalable condition. Contact Hair Care Canada Support before returning a product and review our Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy for complete requirements.
We always aim to ensure our customers love the products we sell, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. Also visit our policies found in the main menu or page footer for detailed instructions. Note that there are restrictions on returns.

No. Opened, used or tampered-with hair products cannot be returned or exchanged because of hygiene, safety and product-integrity requirements.
Hair Care Canada cannot accept a return because a customer dislikes a product’s scent, texture, performance or compatibility after opening or using it.
Please carefully review the product description, ingredients and recommended hair types before purchasing. Tip: If you are not sure about the product but still want to order, order the smallest size initialy vs., litres.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within seven business days after the returned products have been received, inspected and approved.
After Hair Care Canada processes the refund, your bank, credit-card company or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
Original shipping charges and applicable return or administration fees may be deducted unless the return resulted from an error by Hair Care Canada.
Hair Care Canada will provide a prepaid return label when the return is required because we shipped the wrong product or made another fulfilment error.
For eligible returns resulting from customer preference, product selection, an incorrect order or another issue not caused by Hair Care Canada, the customer is responsible for return shipping and secure packaging.
Approved customer-initiated returns may also be subject to the administration or restocking fee specified in our Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy.
Contact support@haircarecanada.ca as soon as possible and include:
- Your order number
- The name of the product you ordered
- The product you received
- Clear photographs of the product and shipping label
If Hair Care Canada made a fulfilment error, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label. The correct product will be exchanged or another appropriate resolution will be provided at no additional shipping cost.
Please do not open or use an incorrectly shipped product.
Contact support@haircarecanada.ca immediately after receiving your order. Include your order number, the name of the missing item and photographs of the products, shipping box, packing materials and shipping label.
Hair Care Canada photographs orders during the fulfilment process and will review the packing record, shipment weight and order details.
Please retain the shipping box and all packaging until the review has been completed.
Eligible sale products and promotional bundles may only be returned when all included products, pumps, accessories and free gifts are unopened, unused and returned together within the applicable return period.
A bundle cannot be partially returned unless Hair Care Canada approves the return in advance. The retail value of a missing or retained promotional item may be deducted from the refund.
Products marked final sale and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Shipping and Delivery
Contact Purolator or Canada Post as depending on the carrier used to ship to initiate an investigation via this link:

Do not use the virtual assistant as the automated response always says Hair Care Canada must start a claim. Speak with a Canada Post customer care rep or Purolator rep, or complete the online request. Unfortunately Canada Post or Purolator will not act on the claim until they have confirmation from the recipient (you) that the parcel was not received, verification of the tracking number, your contact info and ask their standard questions. They will then issue you a ticket number that Hair Care Canada Support will require from you to attach to your claim. We cannot proceed without this ticket number. Once Hair Care Canada has your ticket number, files our claim, and the verdict from the investigation is received we can release the replacement.
Purolator is our primary carrier as they are the most cost effective as well as quickest versus all courier companies we have recieved quoted prices from. Canada Post is our alternate.
Our focus is on Canadians and we do not ship beyond Canada's borders.
Hair Care Canada requires a valid street address for delivery.
Although Canada Post can deliver to PO boxes, Hair Care Canada reserves the right to select the most appropriate carrier for each shipment. Some couriers, including Purolator, cannot deliver to PO boxes.
Please provide a complete residential or commercial street address during checkout to prevent delays or returned shipments.
Weather, wildfires, labour disruptions, road closures, holiday volumes and other events outside Hair Care Canada’s control may delay carrier pickup, tracking updates or delivery.
Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Continue monitoring the tracking information provided by the carrier.
During freezing or extreme weather, retrieve your package promptly after delivery. Hair Care Canada cannot control how long a parcel remains outside or the conditions to which it is exposed after shipment.
Free shipping is available on orders over $150 within Canada. Orders shipping to Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon, Nunavut, and the Northwest Territories qualify for free shipping on orders over $200.
Larger, consolidated orders help reduce packaging and the number of individual shipments.

Hair Care Canada currently operates as an online retailer and does not offer local order pickup or a public retail counter.
All orders are shipped from Calgary, Alberta, using one of our approved carriers.
First, check around the delivery location, including your front entrance, side door, garage, community mailbox or other secure areas. Ask other members of your household and nearby neighbours whether they accepted the parcel.
Review the carrier’s tracking information for a delivery photo, signature or location details. If the parcel still cannot be located, contact Canada Post or Purolator directly and request a delivery investigation.
After the carrier provides a case or ticket number, email it with your order number to support@haircarecanada.ca. Hair Care Canada will review the available carrier information and assist with the appropriate next steps.
Packages confirmed as delivered may not be eligible for replacement when the loss results from theft or disappearance after delivery.
Products, Promotions, and Free Gifts
Start by identifying your primary hair type or concern, such as dry hair, damaged hair, fine hair, frizz, curls, colour-treated hair, blonde hair or thinning hair.
Use the Shop by Hair Need section and review the “Who Is It For?” information provided on applicable product pages. Product descriptions also explain the intended benefits, hair types and directions for use.
Hair Care Canada Support can provide general product information, but individual results may vary. Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients and determining whether a product is appropriate for their personal needs, sensitivities or allergies.
Pumps are not automatically included with individual 1000ML or litre products unless the selected product variant specifically states that a pump is included.
Some litre duos and promotional bundles include pumps and another free gift. Review the product title, selected variant and description carefully before adding the product to your cart.
When a variant states “Pump not included,” a compatible pump must be purchased separately or obtained through an eligible bundle.

A free gift is included only when the product title, selected variant or product description specifically states that a gift is included.
The qualifying bundle must be purchased as listed. Free gifts cannot normally be exchanged for cash, substituted for another product or added to a non-qualifying purchase.
Promotional gifts are available while quantities last. The exact products, pumps and gifts included with the offer will be identified on the applicable product page.
If we are offering discount codes they will appear on the home page pop up window. Otherwise discounts are displayed by product that may have a promotional discount in place directly in that product window on our site.
Unless a promotion specifically states otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotional offers.
Only one eligible discount code should be entered during checkout. The checkout will calculate the applicable discount before payment is completed.
Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be applied to a previously completed order.
A discount code may not work because:
- The offer has expired
- The minimum purchase requirement has not been reached
- The product or brand is excluded
- The product is already discounted
- The code is limited to certain customers or email subscribers
- Another promotion has already been applied
- The code was entered incorrectly
Review the promotional terms and confirm that the eligible products are in your cart. Discount restrictions may apply to certain professional brands, bundles, sale products and free-gift promotions.
Yes. Hair Care Canada purchases professional haircare products through authorized Canadian distribution channels serving the Canadian salon and professional beauty industry.
Our products are authentic, new and intended for authorized sale within Canada. We do not purchase diverted, counterfeit or grey-market inventory from unauthorized third-party resellers.
Restock timing depends on product availability through the brand’s authorized Canadian distributor.
Some products can be replenished quickly, while manufacturer shortages, discontinued products or distribution delays may result in a longer wait.
